I began my real estate career in 2018 with The Kauffman Group at Brand Name Real Estate, the #1 selling team in the Charleston Tri-County area from 2018 through 2022. As a full-time agent, I sold over 100 homes across the Lowcountry, working with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, seasoned homeowners, and real estate investors.
During my years as an agent, I developed a deep understanding of market trends, negotiation strategies, and investment opportunities. My experience working closely with investors sparked a passion for value-add real estate projects—particularly in areas lacking affordable housing.
